Students wishing to change from one program to another must review program admission requirements to determine their next steps. Admissions to the new program would normally be for the next academic term.
If the program has additional admissions requirements, the student will need to complete the application process found at RVCC Admissions. It may be recommended to meet with the Program Director of the new program before applying.
Matriculated students wishing to add or change a program that does not have additional admissions requirements must complete a Program Change or Add Form.
Students receiving financial aid should also talk with the Financial Aid representative to determine impact on financial aid eligibility. Students using VA Benefits must also talk with the School Certifying Official.
Students will be required to meet the graduation requirements of the new program and in some cases it may extend the length of time needed to complete program requirements prior to graduation.
